Account Executive

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Los Gatos, CA

NetLine Corporation is seeking a talented sales professional to drive and grow new/existing business revenues with advertisers and marketers. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience qualifying prospects, growing accounts and closing deals. This is an inside sales position located in Los Gatos, California.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify, develop and close deals in assigned geographical region.
• Educate prospects on NetLine's lead generation programs with appropriate messaging and follow-up.
• Work with marketing group and sales team members to continually review prospects' profiles.
• Manage pipeline within SalesForce and maintain accurate prospect/client information.
• Maintain and submit sales forecasts as required by management.


Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in direct sales, preferably in advertising/marketing or technology industry.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Territory management expertise.
• Energetic, positive, resourceful and tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen well and qualify clients' needs effectively over the phone.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
• Experience with managing contacts and schedules using SalesForce or similar CRM.

Software Engineer

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Los Gatos, CA

Join our core engineering team that is developing NetLine's next generation lead-generation and online marketing solutions. Our team is working on a number of cutting-edge problems including building scalable, high traffic web applications, building B2B sites using Drupal and Wordpress, targeted content serving, and recommend engines and search. Our development environment is a LAMP stack: Perl, PHP, MySQL, Javascript. This position is located in Los Gatos, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Create web applications using PHP, Perl, MySQL, Javascript and jQuery.
• Maintain and support existing web applications.
• Collaborate with other engineers on team projects, design reviews and code reviews.
• Work closely with our product and design teams to define features.
• Work closely with our operations team to build and scale back-end services.


Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, MS preferred.
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Can program in PHP, Perl, Java or C++ in your sleep.
• Experience with large systems software design, with a good knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Must be passionate about a LAMP environment and know how to leverage open-source technologies.
• Know your way around SQL and databases and have actually used a left-join.
• Knowledge of web technologies a plus: HTML, XML, CSS and Javascript.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High levels of energy and creativity, and an enthusiasm for solving challenging problems.

Client Services Account Associate

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Los Gatos, CA

NetLine Corporation is looking for a dynamic, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Client Services team.

The Client Services Account Associate is responsible for supporting the Client Services Account Managers as well as working directly with our clients in managing and optimizing their lead generation campaigns, with the main goal of improving both customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiencies. To be successful in this role, you must be extremely flexible and dedicated with a passion for serving clients with integrity, a strong attention to detail and ability to mange multiple projects at the same time.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain new and existing client relationships and offer detail project management to successfully coordinate and execute campaign deliverables.
• Create and maintain campaign analysis reporting utilizing internal tools to update clients on status of their programs and effectively offer campaign optimization suggestions on a regular basis.
• Support Client Services Account Managers, with day to day operations and necessary campaign reporting.
• Cultivate and grow each relationship with clients to support renewal and retention of account base.
• Attend regular campaign calls with clients and provide feedback and updates on campaign results. Utilize feedback to create an optimization plan that will help ensure success of the client's campaign.
• Develop a keen understanding of our client's objectives, audiences and competitive landscape. Provide clients with insight into how to optimize lead generation activities to maximize results.
• Work closely with Production Team in the creation of all campaign offers and offer support in developing new processes that will aid in increasing efficiencies amongst teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure proper resource management and continual innovation and improvement.
• Support Marketing Services team by managing email marketing campaigns and necessary jobs when assigned.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.


Requirements:

• BA/BS in Business Communication/Marketing.
• 2 + years experience in online marketing, internet advertising or related areas.
• 2 + years experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills regarding performance measurements and management.
• Flexible, outgoing, results-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as time-management skills.
• Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office products.
• Understanding of HTML is a plus.
